Return Policy

Firearms, silencers and NFA items: all sales are final once the transfer is completed and the item has left our premises, as required by federal and state law. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you arrange the warranty claim.

Failed background check or denied transfer: if you cannot legally take possession, we will return the item to the seller or distributor where possible. Restocking and shipping charges may apply. FFL transfer fees are not refundable once the paperwork has started.

Accessories, optics and parts: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returns are by appointment in Draper, Utah.
