How to Buy a Gun Online in Utah

You can buy a firearm online as long as it ships to a licensed dealer (FFL). Here is how it works when you buy from The Ozzy Shepherd, a licensed FFL and Class 3 SOT dealer in Draper, Utah.

1. Order online and choose The Ozzy Shepherd, Draper as your FFL. The transfer is free.

2. Our distributor ships it to us, usually within a few business days, and you get tracking by email.

3. We text you when it arrives.

4. Book a pickup appointment.

5. Bring a valid photo ID with your current address, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the background check.

6. Take it home.

You must be 21 or older to buy a handgun or silencer from a dealer, and 18 or older for rifles and shotguns.

Accessories, optics, magazines and parts that are not firearms ship straight to your home address, with no FFL needed.
